Ingredients: -1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained -1 celery stalk, diced -2 tablespoons mayo -1 tablespoon relish -1 tablespoon mustard -Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: 1. In a bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve chilled. 2. Enjoy as is or on a bed of greens for a light lunch or dinner.

Tuna Salad with Apple and Cranberries Ingredients: -1 can (5 oz) tuna, drained -1 small Granny Smith apple, diced finely -1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped finely -2 tablespoons mayo or salad dressing -1 tablespoon Dijon mustard -Salt and pepper, to taste Instructions: 1. Tuna Nicoise Salad Ingredients: -4 cups mixed salad greens â€" I used romaine hearts and arugula  -1 can (5 oz) tuna packed in olive oil, drained  (if you use canned tuna that is not packed in oil, add 1 – 2 teaspoons olive oil to the salad)  -3 small boiled eggs, quartered  (you could also use hard boiled eggs that have been peeled) -3 – 4 cherry tomatoes, halved  (use grape tomatoes if you can't find cherry tomatoes) – I used 2 large ones instead  -3 – 4 miniature cucumbers, sliced into thin rounds (I didn't have these so I skipped them) – I used about ¼ of an English hothouse cucumber  For the dressing:  -¼ cup extra virgin olive oil  (I used Canola oil because that's what I had on hand)  -Juice of 1 lemon (or more if you like your salads lemony!)  -½ teaspoon Dijon mustard  (I used Stone Ground yellow mustard because that's what I had on hand)  -Salt and black pepper to taste Instructions: 1 .In a large bowl, combine the greens, eggs, tomatoes ,cucumbers and tuna . 2 .In another smaller bowl or jar , whisk together the dressing ingredients until emulsified . 3 .Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and toss everything together until coated . 4 .Transfer to a serving platter or individual plates and enjoy ! *Note : You could also add other ingredients to this salad such as green beans ,anchovies ,roasted bell peppers etc

How to Make a Tuna Melt

This recipe for a tuna melt is easy to follow and can be tailored to your liking.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of tuna, drained

  • 1/4 cup of onion, diced

  • 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise

  • 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper

  • 1 slice of bread (or more, depending on how large you want your melt)

  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

  2. In a medium bowl, mix together the tuna, onion, mayonnaise, garlic powder and black pepper.

  3. Spread the mixture evenly on top of the bread slice.
